Entre mer et désert

Après une trentaine d'années passées à l'étranger, en 2006 je rentre définitivement en Corse.
J'ai été particulièrement influencée par de longs séjours au Maroc, en Irak, en Jordanie et des voyages en Syrie, Ègypte, au Liban et à Jérusalem.
Mes peintures se situent entre abstraction et figuration. Beaucoup d'entre elles ont été inspirées par mon vécu entre "mer et désert", par la découverte de paysages grandioses, nus, sublimes où le désert comme la mer procurent une émotion face à un infini qui bouleverse et où les couleurs et la lumière y sont une inépuisable source d'inspiration, ce dont témoignent les photos ci-après.
Nach über 30 Jahren im Ausland bin ich 2006 nach Korsika zurückgekehrt.
Grossen Einfluss auf meine Malerei hatten vor allem die Aufenthalte in Marokko, Irak und Jordanien sowie Reisen in Syrien, Ägypten, Libanon und Jerusalem.
Meine Bilder bewegen sich zwischen Abstraktion und figurativen Darstellungen. Viele davon sind geprägt von meinem Leben zwischen "Meer und Wüste". Diese kargen, erhabenen Landschaften sind atemberaubend, überwältigend. Die Wüste ebenso wie das Meer wecken ein Gefühl der Unendlichkeit und Licht und Farben sind unerschöpfliche Quellen an Inspiration, wovon die nachstehenden Fotos zeugen.
After about 30 years abroad I returned to Corsica in 2006.
During this period I was particularly influenced by my time in Morocco, Iraq and Jordan and my travels to Syria, Egypt, Lebanon and Jerusalem.My paintings fall between the abstract and the figurative and contain elements of both. Many of them are inspired by the experience of living by the desert and by the sea. The barren, magnificent, sublime landscapes of the desert and the ever-changing aspect of the sea, produce the same emotion, the troubling sensation of infinity. The following photographs are some examples of the inexhaustible source of inspiration that come from light and colour of "mer et désert".

1999 je commence à peindre en autodidacte, d'abord des aquarelles
figuratives puis à l'acrylique des compositions plus abstraites et
je suis régulièrement des stages de peinture

abstrakt. In der Folge besuche ich regelmässig Kurse.
